Kashmiri Panditi Style Dum Aloo| No Onion, No Garlic| Indian style Potato Curry
Kashmir is a land of beauty and origination of various dishes. My recipe is adapted from kasmiri cuisine. Panditi style means onion and garlic are not been used but the magic is in few ingredients, not very spices but a mild flavourful dish.
